24. Savings of the Acts Performed in Good Faith : In cases where any damage has been caused due to any action taken or being taken in good faith by the Committee or a Board Member or an employee of the Authority in the
discharge of his duties in accordance with this Act or the Rules or Bye-Laws made thereunder, such member or employee shall not be responsible personally for the damage so caused.
Provided that if a person has acted with the intention of giving trouble, pain or hassle to any person, the person concerned shall be responsible for that action
